In the third part of our 4-part series I give you some ideas on how to keep clients. It’s one thing to know where you can find clients and then get them to understand what it is you do and the value you bring from your partnership. And hopefully by applying the previous tips you now have a handful of clients – the trick now is to keep them.
The majority of my clients have been with me since shortly after I began my practice in February 2000. I share my tips on what I’ve learned about how to keep clients coming back. It’s not as hard as you think!
